This 2-day workshop is designed for the golf coach who is or would like to work with children, beginners or support with Junior Golf Programming.
This workshop is a great opportunity for coaches to reflect on their current understandings of children, junior golf and the environments children want to participate in.

Please note: This workshop is typically offered between April-June with the schedule available by March 1st annually.
The one-day workshop is designed specifically for Special Olympics volunteers interested in gaining the skills and confidence to run their own golf programs
A prerequisite for the workshop is 'Trained' status Special Olympics Competition Sport Coach’ or ‘Special Olympics Community Sport Coach’.

Instruction Stream
This 3-day workshop is designed for instructors working with participants who are experiencing the sport for the first time through a series of lessons
Workshop Schedule and RegistrationThis 2 day workshop is designed for instructors working with participants who are looking to enhance the skills they have already acquired through a series of lessons.
Trained status in the Instructor of Beginner Golfers context is a pre-requisite to take this course.
This 2-day workshop is designed as a case study workshop to have a hands-on approach to the club golfer with a high-skill set who is focused on improving his or her technical skills.
Liam Mucklow & Glenn Cundari will conduct the two-day interactive case study workshop based on a real club level advanced golfer.
Competition Stream
This two day workshop is designed for coaches working with players who are beginning the competition phase of their golf experience, either at a club or regional level and focus' on the difference between instruction and coaching.
Certified status is a prerequisite to apply for provincial coaching positions, earn a Coaching Specialization and be eligible to win Teacher of the Year/Coach of the Year National Awards
Workshop Schedule and Registration
Coaches from the golf community are welcome to attend workshops within this stream upon meeting the following requirements:
- Coach has completed the pre-requisite training; Community Golf Coach.
- Coach has submitted Expression of Interest Form to education@pgaofcanada.com at least 4 weeks prior to the workshop registration deadline.
Coaches from the golf community are welcome to become certified in this stream upon meeting the following requirements:
- Earns "Trained" status in Coach of New Competitors by attending a workshop
- Coach has submitted a skills evaluation and successfully completed, showing the technical competency to coach an athlete at this level.

The five-day coach camp is designed for coaches supporting developing athletes ranging from the Learn to Compete to Train to Compete stages of the LTPD.
Facilitators include Salimah Mussani, Derek Ingram, Liam Mucklow, Dr Penny Werthner, Glenn Cundari, and Greg Redmond.
Coaches from the golf community are welcome to attend workshops within this stream upon meeting the following requirements:
- Coach has completed the pre-requisite training; Community Golf Coach and Coach of New Competitors
- Coach has submitted Expression of Interest Form to education@pgaofcanada.com at least 4 weeks prior to the workshop registration deadline.
Coaches from the golf community are welcome to become certified in this stream upon meeting the following requirements:
- "Certified" status in Coach of New Competitors
- "Trained" status in Coach of Developing Competitors
