Scott is the Founder of Fresh Golf Solutions, a Golf Industry Business which focuses on Recruitment for the Canadian Golf Industry. Its www.freshgolf.ca website acts as a one stop shop for Job Postings, Education and Industry News.
Most recent club experience was as the COO/General Manager of Victoria Golf Club, Scott's career had gone full circle as he started working for the club as a Junior.
Scott has worked at Victoria GC, Gallagher's Canyon, Olympic View, Arbutus Ridge and the Raven at Lora Bay.
In these years he has started 3 separate Golf Academies including the GBC Academy used by GolfBC.
In addition, he also hosts an annual Las Vegas Pro Am every November.
Scott has been heavily involved with the golf industry. He has served on the PGA of BC Board , CMAC Board (as the Island Branch President), NGCOA advisory committee, Camosun College advisory committee, and BC representative on the PGA of Canada Board currently serving as its Vice President.
In his 30+ years in the industry, he and his clubs have won regional, provincial and national awards. These include Merchandiser of the Year - PGA of Canada, Club of the Year - CMAC (then CSCM), Executive Professional of the Year - PGA of BC, Facility of the Year - PGA of BC, Fore seasons Award - NGCOA /PGA of BC.
