About
Michelle grew up in a golf family and was introduced to the sport at age 7. She started playing competitively at age 11 and was selected to be a member of the Canadian National Team at the age of 17. Michelle had a very impressive career as an amateur golfer winning numerous provincial and national championships. They include BC Junior Girls Championship, BC Women’s Amateur Championship, and the Canadian Junior Girls Championship. Michelle’s victories eventually led her to being the top ranked female golfer in Canada (U19). Michelle's impressive amateur career earned her a full-ride scholarship to play for University of Idaho where she was crowned Freshman of the Year and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business.
After Michelle’s retirement from competitive golf, she found a passion in teaching and has been helping golfers of all ages and skillsets.
