About
Originally from Kitchener, Ontario, Scott started out his golf career at the Carlisle Golf Club near Burlington. While working at the Westmount Golf & Country Club in Kitchener, he graduated from the Professional Golf Management program at Georgian College in 1999. Shortly after graduation, Scott headed to the famous sandbelt of Melbourne, Australia, to work at the Victoria Golf Club.
Scott turned professional in 2003 while working at Point Grey Golf & Country Club in Vancouver. He spent the next two at the Richmond Country Club before leaving to focus on teaching golf in the Surrey/Langley area. Eventually, Scott became the Director of Instruction at Mountain View Golf Club in Whitehorse, Yukon. Since returning to the Lower Mainland of BC, Scott achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Entrepreneurial Leadership from Kwantlen University. After sustaining serious injuries from an auto accident in 2021, he is excited to return to the golf industry this season and is now a Treaching Professional at Eaglequest Golf Coquitlam.
