The PGA of Canada Remembers
The PGA of Canada fondly remembers Master Professional George Arnold.
Arnold passed away on May 7 at 84-years old.
He was awarded Master Professional status in 1997 and has been a PGA of Canada member since 1952.
He leaves in bereavement his two daughters Linda and Gail, his sisters Ellen and Elaine Arnold of Fredericton, Frances Hadley of Ottawa and Dorothy Davies of Austrailia; his end-of-life partner Claire Lefebvre; his grandchildren Anya, Myles, Michael, Matthew, Casey; his great-granddaughter Olivia-Rose. Deceased before him include, his wife Helen Basha; his parents Lena and George Sr.; and his brother David. He leaves many nephews, nieces, cousins and numerous great friends.
The family will welcome friends on June 2 from 7-10 p.m. at the Rousseau Centre in Trois-Rivieres. Service will be at St. Patrick Church on June 3 at 1 p.m. Burial will be in the presence of family at a further date.
