- Job Summary
- We are looking to add a Teaching Professional to our roster to help facilitate a high demand for professional services. Prime Golf is a year-round facility, so the right candidate will be offered a permanent, full-time position that will grow to include daily operations duties and facilitating junior camps, clinics, and leagues.
- Responsibilities
-
- Teaching lessons
- Conducting introductory player analysis
- Time in our build shop and club repair operations
- Inventory management and control
- Day-to-day customer service duties and lesson scheduling
- Role may grow to include supervising & scheduling junior staff, managing retail operations, and growing and incorporating membership programs and events, depending on interest and specialization.
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada member in good standing
- Either Class 'A' status, or Apprentice with at least 2 year's experience
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of working with a diverse group of students
- Experience using Trackman and/or other high-end launch monitor(s)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment /pro shop /food & beverage would be an asset
- Compensation

- $22.50 - $28.50 hourly wage for shop time
- dependent on experience, qualifications, & role
- 64% of lesson revenue
