Responsibilities
  • Create and implement tailored player development plans to meet individual student goals.
  • Provide personalized coaching, mentorship, and competition preparation for youth golfers.
  • Foster strong relationships with students and parents through excellent communication and support.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and organization in all aspects of your work.
  • Travel to local, national, and international tournaments as needed.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated coach with a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to excellence.

Required:

  • PGA of Canada Member in good standing.
  • Proven teaching and coaching experience, especially with youth golfers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated playing ability.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with junior golf tours (CJGA, MJT, US Kids, AJGA, etc.).
  • Marketing or social media skills to promote programs (not essential).
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese (an asset but not required).
  • Access to a vehicle and eligibility to work in Canada.
Compensation

This independent contractor position offers:

Estimated annual income is $45,000 to $85,000 (Junior rates and Adult rates vary based on experience)

  • Teaching bonuses based on performance and sales.
  • Additional compensation for tournament and educational involvement.
