- Brampton Golf Club, a prestigious private club known for its championship course and vibrant community of dedicated golfers, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Professional to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to share your passion for golf while fostering the development of players of all skill levels. This is a hybrid role, with full time teaching from May to September, pro shop responsibilities in the shoulder season in April, October and November and indoor golf responsibilities from December to March.
- Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality individual and group golf lessons to members and guests.
- Develop and deliver innovative coaching programs tailored to various skill levels, including juniors, beginners, and advanced players.
- Organize and lead clinics, workshops, and golf schools to promote skill development and engagement, with a strong emphasis on junior development.
- Manage junior camps from start to finish, including engaging other staff and professionals to assist.
- Collaborate with the Golf Operations team to enhance the overall member experience.
- Maintain a professional presence at the club, offering advice and insights to players both on and off the course.
- Assist in club events and tournaments by offering player support and expertise.
- Support Pro Shop operations in the shoulder season.
- Support the Indoor Golf operations through the winter months
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada Member in good standing.
- Proven experience as a golf instructor, with a track record of student success.
- Strong understanding of golf fundamentals, swing mechanics, and modern teaching techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with members of all ages and abilities.
- Passionate about growing the game of golf and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency with golf technology, such as Trackman launch monitors and video analysis software, is an asset.
- Compensation

- Salary range of $900-$950 from January to April and October to December.
- 100% of Lesson/Clinic Revenue, share of junior camp revenue.
