- Job Summary
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all golf instruction, teaching, and video lesson equipment at Coppinwood. Direct and assist with club assembly, repair, and custom fitting is essential. You must demonstrate a commitment to the Coppinwood vision, be an integral part of the team, and maintain strong interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities

- Be on the driving range to provide ‘walk the line’ tips and pointers for members and their guests for a minimum of 35 hours per week. If there are no members or guests on the range other duties will be assigned
- Provide video swing analysis
- Set up Men’s, Ladies and junior clinics
- Be responsible for all lesson and teaching equipment
- Provide custom fitting to members for new and existing equipment
- Manage Fit Days at the club and provide the Proshop with any custom club orders for processing
- Schedule private individual and playing lessons with Coppinwood members
- Participate in ‘Beat the Pro’ during member events
- Provide Golf Shop coverage when required to do so
- Mentor Assistant and Associate Professionals to ensure consistent teaching practices at Coppinwood
- Ensure that members and their guests practice correctly to minimize range and teaching deck wear.
- Provide an all-around teaching experience that mirrors the Coppinwood service culture.
- Be an ambassador for Coppinwood.
- Provide a game improvement experience to Coppinwood members, their families, and guests that is second to none.
- Qualifications

- Member of the PGA of Canada in good standing.
- Has a passion, intrinsic desire, and willingness to serve.
- Dedicated to providing world-class service to members and their guests.
- An inspired individual who can work well within a group dynamic.
- Must be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Compensation
- Compensation will be commensurate with the experience and quality of the successful candidate. The estimated salary range is $30,000 to $50,000 plus lesson revenue.
