Regional Sales Representatives (Multiple Territories Available)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Maintain and grow existing Customer relationships within your Territory
  • Cultivate and develop new Customer relationships within your Territory
  • Travel within your Sales Territory to meet “in person” and with Customers as required
  • Utilize Sales processes including use of IT/CRM systems (Oracle NetSuite) to enter orders, track and record Sales activity, and gather Customer/Account specific information.
  • Build strong relationships with Customers and communicate and follow-up in a timely manner, ensuring that any Customer inquiries or problems are addressed and resolved.
  • Execute and track performance against Territory Sales Plans and Objectives
  • Develop strong knowledge of Product Line and conduct training sessions as required and share product updates with customers, along with new programs or initiatives.
  • Maintain an awareness of market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities that are aligned with the overall business objectives and goals of the company
  • Represent the company and its brands at Trade Shows/Trade Events as required
Qualifications

EDUCATION / JOB EXPERIENCE:

  •  A College Diploma (Golf Management preferred) or University Degree (Business Administration preferred)
  •  A minimum of (5) years of experience in Green Grass (preferred)
  •  A demonstrated track record of progression/increased responsibility in your career path to date
  •  Having prior Sales experience would be a distinct advantage
Compensation
MINIMUM $50K BASE SALARY (Commensurate With Experience Level) + VERY LUCRATIVE SALES COMMISSION UPSIDE
