Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to service our Southwest Ontario account base specifically for TravisMathew apparel (Men’s & Women’s) and Big Max Golf. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and following up on leads for new business. In this role, you are motivated to win, eager to build relationships, able to work independently and above all, you like to hustle! You will be expected to communicate effectively with accounts in person as well as via phone, email, and video conferencing.
Responsibilities
  • Service all current and potential retail customers located within territory with the exception of “National Accounts”, Corporate Promotional Distributors, Online Only customers and “Discount Retailers”
  • Build strong relationships with customers and consumer groups
  • Identify and leverage new business opportunities
  • Provide Territory Manager and head office with support for National Accounts and Corporate Promotional Distributors, Online Only Customers and Discount Retailers when needed
  • Support and represent G&G Brands at out of territory events in Ontario & Quebec for Tradeshows, TravisMathew Experience, PGA Tour Tournaments, Award Presentations, and other events that may arise
  • Selling all men’s and women’s apparel, footwear & accessories under the TravisMathew portfolio and golf bags & push carts under the Big Max brand
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales/outside sales position
  • Good knowledge of the golf and sporting goods industry
  • Can reliably travel through Southwest Ontario region
  • Holds a valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Excellent relationship building and follow-up skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Computer proficiency and aptitude, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Is a highly competitive team player known for taking initiative and working incredibly hard
Compensation

Salary & commission structure (range: $75,000 - $85,000)
