Outside Service Manager: Sirocco Golf Club

The Sirocco Golf Club is looking for an Outside Service Manager for the 2025 season and beyond. The Sirocco Golf Club was established in 2005 and is located in the Pine Creek Valley just south of Spruce Meadows. Pine Creek meanders its way throughout the property adding to the beauty and challenging nature of the golf course. The Club has been host to 2 PGA Tour Canada ATB Financial Classics and a host of other regional events. The Sirocco Golf Club is known for its challenging course design, exceptional food and great service.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail orientated Professional who excels at customer service. The successful candidate will have a high level of organizational skills and the  ability to focus in a fast paced semi-private setting. We promote a safe and healthy environment.
Responsibilities

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the outside services area and its employees.
  • Greet and welcome members and guests - often the first and last point-of-contact with all players.
  • Ensure the outside services area remains organized, clean, and tidy.
  • Meet the needs of our members and guests in areas including, but not limited to, club storage/cleaning, preparation/cleaning/charging of cart fleet, driving range & practice facility preparation/ball-picking, and assist in executing of all leagues and events.
  • Provide members and guests with information about the day’s activities.
  • Assist in hiring, direction,scheduling, and motivating a customer service-oriented team.
  • Hire, train and supervise Outside Service Team to Sirocco standards.
  • Attend regular management meetings if required by the Head Golf Professional.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 Year in Customer Service
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
  • Driver’s License required with ability to travel reliably
Compensation
Monthly Wage - $2,900 + Tips
