- Job Summary
- The Outside Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the golf course's outdoor services, including managing the golf cart fleet, driving range, and bag drop area. The role requires strong leadership skills to guide a team while maintaining a positive work environment. The coordinator will ensure the facility is presented according to KaneffGolf standards and will work closely with various teams to improve the overall guest experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service and represent KaneffGolf standards.
- Oversee golf cart maintenance and fleet management.
- Innovate ways to improve the driving range and overall facility appearance.
- Manage inventory of golf supplies based on business levels.
- Coordinate with staff for seamless golf operations.
- Work closely to monitor all aspects of play including starting, pace of play, safety on course, and golf course markings.
- Ensure cleanliness of carts, driving range, and bag drop area.
- Assist with tournament setup and garbage maintenance.
- Adapt to various duties as required.
