As Cabot continues to expand as a global brand with five properties and counting across Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, and the UK, opportunity for personal and professional growth is endless. The Marketing Coordinator will work on a variety of projects to promote Cabot’s growing collection of luxury golf and real estate developments. In addition to managing social media accounts, the Marketing Coordinator will assist the team with copywriting, website updates, graphic design, media initiatives, analytics, presentations, and other duties as assigned.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, a passion for marketing, an interest in the golf industry, and a shared vision for setting the stage for unforgettable experiences in extraordinary locations. Strong writing skills are required for this role.
- Responsibilities

- Create compelling content through writing and design
- Engage with followers on social media through comments, likes, and DM’s
- Analyze and report on social media tactics
- Assist with website maintenance
- Write copy and assemble content for emails to Cabot databases
- Design ads for community-related events
- Design materials for internal communication
- Perform competitive analyses and reporting
- Qualifications

Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Resourceful, detail-oriented and solutions-driven
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a larger team
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and see them from concept to completion
- Strong relationship development skills
- Familiarity and interest In the golf industry
Education and Work Experience
- 2+ years work experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations Previous experience working in social content development is an asset
- Experience working for luxury and / or hospitality brands an asset
- Experience working in fast-paced environments under pressure
