Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team on the part time or full time basis for seven months term as a Customer Service Rep.

Responsibilities

Change over.
Setting up Trackman simulator.
Resetting the bays between the customers.
Clean up the bays.
Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering an excellent customer experience.
Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of customer interactions.

Qualifications

Valid ProServe is an asset
Excellent communication and time management abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
Attention to detail to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Be proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed
Fluent in the English language (reading, written, spoken)
Strong work ethic and organizational planning skills with attention to detail

Compensation

$18-20 per hour plus shared gratuities
