Your primary responsibilities will be to deliver exceptional customer service, offer guidance on TrackMan technology, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Golf knowledge is an asset, but a passion for providing top-notch customer service is a must.

• Provide guidance on TrackMan technology and simulator use
• Handle reservations, bookings, and payments efficiently
• Ensure a clean and organized environment at the facility
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly
• Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional customer experience

• Passion for golf and a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic golf knowledge is an asset
