- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Head Golf Professional (CPGA) to join our team and lead the operations of our thriving club. This is a unique, "plug and play" opportunity to step into a well-established and profitable golf club with everything in place for you to excel. Key Responsibilities:
• Growing the Game: Lead and enhance our ladies golf programs, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all women’s and junior golfers of all skills levels
• Golf Instruction: Provide top-tier golf instruction to our diverse membership, ranging from beginners to seasoned players. Develop and enhance junior and adult programs to grow participation and engagement. With a priority to be focused on beginner Ladies and junior golfers.
• Club Operations: Oversee all aspects of golf operations, including the pro shop, driving range, and practice facilities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for members and guests.
• Member Engagement: Build strong relationships with our members, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are positive. Collaborate with the board to maintain and grow our thriving membership. Proven success in building strong membership leagues
• Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of tournaments, leagues, and special events that make our club the go-to golf destination in the region.
• Retail Management: Manage the pro shop, focusing on inventory control, merchandising, and maximizing sales to contribute to the club's profitability.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage assistant professionals and support staff, fostering a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.

• CPGA Professional with experience in a leadership role.
• Proven success in golf instruction, club management, and member relations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Passion for the game of golf and a commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and member-focused environment.
• Tech savvy: Experience with Word, Excel, PPT, POS Software, TeeOn, Full Swing Simulator - Compensation

• Salary Range: $65,000-75,000
• Incentive based bonus structure
• 100% of Lesson Revenue
• Membership dues
• Assist in relocation/housing costs
