North Granite Ridge Golf Club is a semiprivate facility in the Muskoka region of Ontario. We are currently accepting applications for a Head Professional position for the upcoming season. NGR is an 18 –hole, par 70 golf course designed in 1999 by architect Jason Miller and is a Club that fosters great golf and a tradition of club fellowship. Currently our rounds played are comprised of 35% member rounds and 65% public.

- Job Summary
- North Granite Ridge is currently in search of an enthusiastic Head Professional with an affinity to help build on an ascending operation. This position is ideal for an Associate or Class A Professional who is looking for a chance to take the next step in their professional development. Reporting to the General Manager the successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:

- Maintain a culture of professionalism and create a pleasant environment for employees to thrive.
- Provide exemplary service to member’s and guests alike.
- Help train a strong team of employees to provide outstanding service.
- Ensure staff follow all club policies and procedures.
- Contribute to monthly newsletter with golf instruction and promotional videos.
- Develop, execute, and reconcile all golf programs and events.
- Work scheduled Pro Shop shifts and help train pro shop staff on software.
- Oversee retail operations, including managing accurate monthly inventories, sales promotions, reporting, buying, corporate business and demo program.
- Create a comprehensive Golf Academy with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Enforce golf and club policies, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain daily, a clean and organized pro shop and office area
- Qualifications

- Class “A” member of the PGA of Canada in good standing.
- Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office an asset
- Familiar with Lightspeed Golf POS and Tee sheet or something of the like.
- Working knowledge of various social media platforms an asset.
- Dedication to the game of golf and the business of golf.
- Great attention to detail.
- Compensation

- $1000-1200/week, Salary will be commensurate with experience.
