Over the years we have made significant improvements, prudently updating the golf course’s infrastructure through capital expenditure programs in a continued effort to exceed the expectations of our membership.
Located an ½ hour north of Toronto, Meadowbrook is a 18 hole private golf club in Gormley, ON. We have a membership of approximately 500 golfing members and are known for being a friendly and an active Club.

As the Head Professional, you will lead a team of industry professionals who take pride in delivering memorable golf experiences to our members and guests. You have the ability to be a coach and a mentor while using your actions and past experiences to inspire those around you. You are a highly motivated professional with strong interpersonal, and organizational, skills.
- Responsibilities
- You will report directly to the General Manager while following all policies, procedures and by-laws that the Club has in place. You will be expected to operate at both a tactical and strategic level, managing and continuously developing all aspects of the golf business. This involves providing a clear vision for its strategic direction, whilst taking personal responsibility for identifying additional sales and marketing opportunities; customer service excellence is consistently delivered and revenues and profitability are maximized.

- PGA of Canada, Class “A” Certification
- Prior successful experience as a Head Professional at a private golf club
- Demonstrated ability as a leader, supervisor and team player
- Proven commitment to deliver superior member service
- A high level of professionalism and personal integrity
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational ability
- High standard of teaching ability
- Competent playing ability
- Demonstrated merchandising skills
- Excellent business skills
- Familiarity with current club management systems i.e. JONAS
