Responsibilities

Leading and Managing the Proshop team
Organizing and execution of leagues
Delivering a high level of back shop service
Monitoring and managing pace of play
Merchandise and equipment sales
Organizing and execution of corporate tournaments.

Qualifications

Must be a PGA member in good standing.
Ideal for a candidate eager to advance in their career or invest in an opportunity-rich environment.

Compensation

Salary Wage: $65,000 - $75,000 Annually
Commission Program: Earn Big Commissions Building our new tournament business with 36 holes and a grand clubhouse ($5,000-$10,000)
