- Responsibilities

Instructional Duties:
- Design and deliver personalized lesson plans for private and group sessions.
- Teach Operation36, Golf & Tacos and Winsport classes, adhering to established curriculums.
- Lead corporate group sessions, team-building events, and playing lessons on the course.
- Utilize advanced technologies such as Toptracer, Foresight launch monitors, and video analysis.
- Provide regular progress updates and actionable feedback through Onform or other digital platforms.
- Facilitate Golf & Tacos programs, creating a supportive and inclusive environment for participants.
Club Fitting Duties:
- Conduct detailed club fittings using Foresight technology.
- Provide equipment recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in club fitting and golf technology.
Corporate & Event Engagement:
- Represent Golf Future at corporate events, promoting services and building relationships.
- Deliver public presentations to promote Golf Future programs and services.
- Drive engagement and retention through exceptional customer service and follow-ups.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage bookings and lesson schedules using YourGolfBooking.com.
- Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours.
- Maintain accurate lesson and fitting records for reporting and billing.
- Participate in bi-weekly staff meetings and contribute to program development.
Professional Development:
- Commit to at least five self-funded education days annually (e.g., conferences, certifications, workshops).
- Stay current on industry best practices and innovative teaching techniques.
- Qualifications

- Class A Professional in good standing with the PGA of Canada.
- Completed Instructor Beginner and Intermediate
- TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Certification preferred.
- Operation36 Certification preferred.
- First Tee Certification preferred.
- Proven experience in golf instruction, including junior, corporate, and playing lessons.
- Demonstrated expertise in club fitting and equipment optimization.
- Strong public speaking and sales skills.
- Strong social media, email, business writing, and graphic design basic skills are preferred.
- Experience with junior golf tours (CJGA, MJT, US Kids, etc.) is an asset.
- Compensation

- Independent contractor model with high earning potential.
- Estimated first-year compensation of $55,000 or more, based on performance ($4,550/monthly)
