Job Summary
The General Manager will oversee all club operations, ensuring exceptional experiences for members, guests, and employees. Key responsibilities include managing golf, food and beverage, and events, driving revenue growth, preparing financial forecasts, and maintaining the club's budget. The role also involves acting as a liaison between the club and its stakeholders while promoting the club’s image in the community and ensuring legal compliance.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the golf club, exceeding members and guest expectations., while delivering an exceptional employee experience.
  • Develop and implement revenue generating programs.
  • Coach and develop an exceptional team of leaders.
  • Manage and ensure the success of our various business sectors including golf, food and beverage, and outside special events.
  • Prepare forecasts and execute the financial plan for the Club including development of annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Act as a liaison between the club and Members, Homeowners and Guests.
  • Promote and enhance the club’s appearance within the local community.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory matters affecting the Club.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role in hospitality.
  • Exceptional understanding of financial statements and people management.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong problem solver and proven ability in organization and time management.
  • Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
Compensation
Total Compensation $100,000-$120,000 depending on successful candidate.

Full-time, permanent.
