Job Summary

Station Go is looking for a General Manager to manage its new centre located on the Promenade St-Bruno, on Montreal's South Shore. They will be Station Go's main ambassador, set up several processes for efficient management processes and manage a team of around ten people.

Please note that we are looking for a General Manager who will be primarily employed from November to April, the 6 busiest months of the year, which fits in perfectly with the outdoor golf season.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute initiatives to achieve the strategic plan.
  • Define and implement strategies to increase traffic at the centre.
  • Recruit, direct and manage the entire Station Go St-Bruno team.
  • Implement a management dashboard to monitor established objectives.
  • Make excellent customer service a priority and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the centre by maintaining high standards and focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for managing the bar with food and beverage orders.
  • Responsible for optimizing centre traffic with social networks, contacts, partners and partnerships.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate is a PGA professional working at an outdoor golf golf course.
  • The ideal candidate is proficient and familiar with Trackman instructors and simulators.
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience (preferably in golf).
  •  Advanced knowledge and familiarity with outdoor and indoor golf.
  • Experience in coordinating and organizing golf events and tournaments.
  • Experience with food and beverage retail.
  • Excellent business acumen, initiative and drive.
Compensation
$30-50k (based on experience) for 6months full time with bonus based on performance of up to 25% of base salary.
