- Job Summary
- Reporting to the Director of Golf, our Associate Golf Professional will play an integral role in providing our members and their guests with an exceptional golfing and customer experience. The Associate Golf Professional will oversee the daily operations of the Pro Shop, merchandising, Member services and work with the Professional & Management team to plan and execute Member and outside events. National Pines operates as a collaborative team environment, where every team member contributes to delivering first class golfing experiences. We support the personal and professional development of all our team members.
- Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Providing an exceptional golf experience to members and their guests
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including merchandising, and member services
- Implementing and executing Club and outside events
- Supervising Golf Services team members
- Perform inventory management and purchasing
- Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- PGA of Canada Member in good standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of commitment and desire to grow as a Golf Professional
- Experience within a Private Golf Club setting
- Familiarity with Golf Genius Tournament and Jonas Software
- Competent playing and teaching ability - Successful candidate is encouraged to devote time to play golf with Members
- Compensation

Salary: $1,000 - $1,250 weekly, based on credentials and experience.
- Year-End Bonus: TBD
- Lesson Revenue: Retain 90% of revenue
