Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Golf Professional to join our team at Golf Mentor for Old Drovers Run Golf Club. The candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the men's and ladies' league activities, managing individual and group lesson programs, and contributing to the overall success of our golf operations.
Responsibilities

1. League Management:
   - Oversee and manage the men's, ladies', and junior golf leagues.
   - Organize league events and tournaments and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for participants.
   - Foster a sense of community and camaraderie among league members.

2. Lesson Opportunities:
   - Individual and Group Lessons
   - Work with Golf Mentor Team on group lessons at St. Vital Golf Centre

3. Customer Interaction:
   - Provide excellent customer service to golfers, addressing inquiries, and offering assistance.
   - Establish and maintain positive relationships with members and guests.

4. Course Maintenance Collaboration:         
   - Collaborate with the course maintenance team to ensure optimal playing conditions.
   - Provide feedback on course improvements and enhancements.

5. Promotion and Marketing:
   - Assist in marketing efforts to promote lesson programs and golf events.
   - Develop creative initiatives to attract new golfers and retain existing members.

- Engage with the community and attend local events
 
Qualifications
  •  PGA certification is highly desirable.   
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  •  Ability to manage and organize golf leagues and events.
  •  Ability to manage staff and create a strong team in a good environment.
