As an Associate/Assistant Golf Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional member and guest experiences at a premier golf facility.
This position involves supporting the Head Golf Professional in managing day-to-day operations, including overseeing the golf shop, organizing tournaments and events, coordinating tee times, and supervising staff to ensure high service standards. You will provide golf instruction and clinics, promote club programming, and help foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members and guests. Upholding the club's mission and vision, you will maintain a professional demeanor, build strong relationships with members, and actively contribute to the growth and development of golf operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the game of golf, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities to enhance the overall golfing experience.
- Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Head Golf Professional in managing all aspects of the golf operation.
- Welcome and engage with members and guests upon arrival
- Monitor the golf course, pace of play, and practice area to ensure smooth operations
- Be accountable to the Golf Shop Manager for opening and closing procedures in the golf shop • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain attractive and well-stocked merchandise displays in the golf shop
- Monitor and manage rental club inventory daily.
- Oversee tee sheet management, including reservations, input, and monitoring.
- Supervise outdoor services staff.
- Coordinate and operate Men’s and Ladies’ League Programs
- Perform basic golf club repairs and regripping services for members and guests.
- Support the organization and execution of annual club events
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the golf cart fleet
- Communicate any operational issues or challenges to the Head Golf Professional.

- Knowledge of Jonas, Golf Genius and Trackman are an asset
- Compensation
- $900-$1100 per week - based on experience
