Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Golf, the Associate/Assistant Golf Professional will play an integral role in providing our members and their guests with the highest level of service. The National Golf Club of Canada operates as a team environment, and as such, each team member will play a pivotal role in providing our members, their guests, and patrons of the club with an exceptional golfing experience. We fully support the personal and professional development of all our staff.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Providing an exceptional golf experience to members and their guests
  • Day-to-day operations including tee-time reservations, merchandising, and member services
  • Implementation and execution of club and outside events
  • Supervision of the Golf Services staff and Caddie program
  • Assist with inventory management and purchasing
Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

  • PGA of Canada Member in good standing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong desire to grow as a Golf Professional
  • High level of commitment
  • Experience within a Private Golf Club setting
  • Familiarity with Golf Genius Tournament Software
Compensation
  • Salary range $950-$1200 weekly based on credentials and experience
  • Year-end bonus
  • 90% of lesson revenue
