- Job Summary
- Brampton Golf Club is seeking a highly motivated Assistant/Associate Golf Professional to join our Professional Staff and be a core member of our team for the 2025 season and beyond. The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of our day-to-day operations, assist in the execution of all member & outside events, and take pride in providing our members & guests with an exceptional experience.
- Responsibilities

- Provide excellent service to our members and their guests
- Assist in the preparation and execution of all member events, corporate events and leagues
- Involvement in our retail operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, purchasing and maintaining cleanliness of the Golf Shop
- Assist with the training and managing of our Golf Operations team to ensure standards are maintained
- Involvement in private lessons, junior programming and member clinics
- Provide Club Fitting and assist in the setup and promotion of Club Fitting Days
- Assist in the consistent application and enforcement of Club Policies
- Eagerness and commitment to continue to pursue professional development goals
- Maintain a high-visibility role to both our members & their guests
- Assist in the operation of our Indoor Golf Experience during the winter months
- Play golf with members
- Qualifications

Required Skills:
- Must be a positive team-player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Has excellent administrative skills, is highly organized, with an ability to multi-task
- Is a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- PGA of Canada member in good standing
- Proven excellence in Member services, with previous experience at a private golf club considered an asset
- Knowledge of current equipment and club fitting
- Knowledge of Jonas Point of Sale, Golf Genius Tournament Software and Trackman
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Compensation

- Starting salary range of $875 - $925 per week, based on experience
- 100% of private lesson/clinic revenue / Share of junior camp revenue
