We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as an Associate Golf Professional.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to advance their career in golf operations. Reporting to the Head Golf Professional, the Associate Golf Professional is responsible for providing leadership and execution in the planning and delivery of all duties related to the Golf Operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to supervise and manage golf operations in the absence of the Head Golf Professional. He or she must be able to work in a high paced environment with a good understanding of what is required to work at a semi-private facility.
- Responsibilities

- Lead and organize club events and tournaments to enhance the overall golf experience for our members and guests.
- Supervise and inspire the outside service team, ensuring exceptional service to all patrons.
- Collaborate with the management team in purchasing and merchandising activities, contributing to a well-curated golf shop.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting members and guests with inquiries and needs.
- Instruct golf lessons to variety of clientele.
- Encouraged to play with membership.
- Qualifications

The following attributes will be an asset:
- PGA of Canada member in good standing
- Proven experience in golf operations, events coordination, and team leadership.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience with inventory control, merchandise purchasing and sales
- Experience instructing various levels of golfers, private and group coaching
- Computer competency, Microsoft Word, Excel, Golf Genius, POS system knowledge
- Flexible regarding work schedule
- Compensation

- Salary range of $50,000-$60,000+ depending on experience
- Retain 70%-90% of teaching revenue
- Relocation expenses available to assist with a move
