- Responsibilities
-
- Supervise daily golf operations for the Club
- Assist Golf Shop employees with retail sales, Men’s & Ladies league organization, tournament set up and employee training
- Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests
- Maintain accountability and consistency for all employees (lead by example)
- Ensure that a friendly and inviting environment is always present
- Scheduling of all golf operation employees
- Qualifications

Required Skills /Qualifcations:
- Commitment to professionalism and teamwork
- PGA of Canada in good standing
- Strong attention to detail and superb communication skills
- Minimum two years experience in golf industry
- Dedication to the golf profession with a desire to continue
- Experience with Tee-On & Golf Genius an asset and grow your career
- Teaching and club teaching experience is beneficial
- Maintain a professional image and positive attitude
- Leadership and the ability to motivate a team
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to collaborate and include others to make informed decisions
- Adaptability and willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
- Compensation
- $3,800-$4,500
