- Responsibilities

Golf Instruction:
- Provide golf lessons to players of all skill levels, including beginners and advanced golfers. Improve golfers' techniques, offer valuable tips, and enhance their overall golf experience.
Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members and guests, answering inquiries, booking tee times, and ensuring a seamless golfing experience.
Retail Sales:
- Manage the pro shop, including merchandising, inventory control, and sales.
- Assist customers in selecting the right golf equipment, apparel, and accessories to enhance their game.
Tournament and Event Support:
- Assist in organizing and conducting golf tournaments, events, and leagues.
- Coordinate logistics, scorekeeping, and awards ceremonies to ensure successful outcomes.
Course Operations:
- Collaborate with course management to maintain the course, ensuring it is in excellent condition for play.
- Address pace of play, safety, and other operational concerns.
Rules and Regulations:
- Possess a deep understanding of golf rules and regulations to provide guidance to golfers, resolve disputes, and maintain a fair and enjoyable atmosphere on the course.
Professional Development:
- Stay current with industry trends, teaching methodologies, and golf equipment advancements.
- Pursue ongoing education and certification to enhance your golf expertise.
- Qualifications

• PGA of Canada member in good standing
• Excellent communication skills both written and orally
• Outgoing and energetic personality and willingness to grow as a professional
• Ability to work in a high paced environment.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and track record.
• Friendly and outgoing leader
• Must be technology proficient. Preferred candidate will have previous experience with golf club management software, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Compensation
- $4400-$5200 depending on experience
