- Job Summary
- Reporting to the Head Golf Professional and working closely with the Golf Operations Manager, the Apprentice/Associate Professional will assume a leadership role within our golf services team and be involved in many aspects of our day to day operations. Outgoing, professional and engaged individuals will thrive in this environment.
- Responsibilities

- Create elevated daily experiences for customers and fellow team members
- Participate in the daily operation of a busy 27 hole facility, including tee time booking and daily sales
- Lead by example and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
- Participate in the planning, training and supervision of our pro shop team and our outside services program
- Receive, input, display and sell pro shop inventory
- Build, administer and manage portions of the 2025 league program
- Participate in planning and execution of corporate and member events
- Provide infectious passion for the game to our members and guests through playing, teaching and communication
- Qualifications

- A high level of enthusiasm, a desire to learn and an urge to contribute
- A desire to take everyday encounters and experiences and make them exceptional
- 3+ years experience as a member in good standing of the PGA of Canada
- Strong computer skills, including word, excel and booking/management software
- A sound knowledge of the game of golf, including playing ability, teaching, equipment and general industry trends
- Compensation
- Salary Range: $4,200 - $4,700 / month, commensurate with experience
