Tournament & League Coordinator: The Willows Club

The Willows Club is looking for a Tournament & League Coordinator to join their team.

About the Club:
The Willows Club, located in Saskatoon, is a premier semi-private facility offering outstanding golf, dining, and event experiences. Since opening in the summer of 1991, The Willows has built a reputation for excellence in the golf industry. Originally a 36-hole course, the facility transitioned to a 27-hole layout in 2017 to continue providing an exceptional and well-maintained golfing experience.

The Willows is home to over 400 members, fostering a vibrant and engaged golf community while welcoming the public to enjoy our beautifully designed course and amenities. Designed by Bill Newis, the course showcases stunning natural elements, including dunes, lakes, sand bunkers, and over 5,000 planted trees. With four sets of tee boxes on every hole, the course accommodates golfers of all skill levels, from novice players to accomplished professionals.

Our practice facility features a double-ended driving range and two expansive practice greens, providing an excellent environment for skill refinement and game improvement. In addition to daily golf operations, The Willows regularly hosts significant corporate events, including tournaments with over 200 golfers, ensuring memorable experiences for participants and organizers alike.

The club also boasts a thriving league schedule, including Men’s, Ladies’, and Seniors’ leagues, offering a welcoming and engaging environment for all players. Our robust golf lesson program further enhances our offerings, catering to golfers of all ages and skill levels eager to learn and improve their game.

At The Willows Club, every season is an opportunity to uphold our legacy of excellence and continue leading in the golf industry.

The Willows Community will be expanding as it reduces from 27 to 18 holes and will see the addition of approximately 500 new residential units in various housing types.
The vision for the redevelopment of the Willows community and GC is to solidify the neighbourhood as the most prestigious residential community and to bolster this brand through the development of a membership-based Country Club experience that offers a range of amenities for its members. It will include a redeveloped 18-hole course designed by Doug Carrick, a revitalized clubhouse with a new fitness facility, a new club storage area, an expanded golf simulation area, a new lounge area, and upgrades to locker rooms within the clubhouse. Additional new amenities surrounding the clubhouse will include a pool and cabana area, an outdoor event and wedding area, and mixed-use sports courts.
