General Responsibilities:
- Promote all aspects of Morgan Creek Golf Club, including green fees, the restaurant, golf shop, and golf instruction
- Maintain vigilance to prevent theft
- Manage tee sheets effectively, including guest check-in, accurate rate charges, and overall sheet management
- Enforce golf course rules and regulations
- Set and pursue professional and personal development goals
- Adhere to the Morgan Creek dress code and maintain a positive attitude at work
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Support the Retail Manager by:
- Merchandising the golf shop according to a plan developed with the Director of Golf and Retail Manager
- Ensuring inventory accuracy
- Handling special orders and customer follow-up
- Develop skills to advance towards a future Retail Manager role
- Qualifications

- Familiarity with Club Prophet Systems, Reserve Interactive, and Golf Genius
- Tournament Software is a plus
- Compensation

- Hourly rate of $25 to $28, depending on experience; salary option available
- Quarterly retail commission
- Team incentive for green fees and golf carts (April through September)
