- The successful candidates will participate in all areas of the operation including pro shop operations, tournament planning and organizing, merchandising, sales, league play, inventory management, club fitting, junior program, private and group instruction.

- The opportunity exists for a flexible, reduced schedule to focus more time on teaching and player development. This role may be ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, looking to build and expand their own teaching business within the supportive, member-first environment at Oakfield. You'll have the opportunity to lead instructional programs, create specialized clinics, and develop a strong personal brand within the club.

- Compensation

- Weekly salary of $750 - $950 based on experience and expanded opportunities as negotiated
- 70% - 90% lesson and clinic revenue based on expanded opportunities negotiated
