- Job Summary
- The Glencoe Golf & Country Club is looking for an Assistant or Associate Professional to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing individual who has a passion for the game of golf, and for the private club industry. As the Assistant/Associate Professional you would possess excellent personal skills, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences to our members. You would also have a history of performance and behavior that match our club’s core values.
- Responsibilities

- Teach engaging and developmental lessons/clinics throughout the season
- Organization and execution of member leagues and events such as Club Championship and league nights
- Foster relationships through golfing with members on a regular basis
- Assist with daily Golf Shop operations including booking tee times, assisting members, answering inquiries
- Provide service excellence in every interaction
- Qualifications

- A proven track record of golf instruction and club fitting experience
- Must be a member in good standing with the PGA of Canada
- Experience with the Golf Genius scoring software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with the members and fellow team-mates
- Strong computer skills; including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Windows
- Reliable transportation is required as there is no public transportation to our location
- Compensation
- Monthly salary range is $3,900-$4,166

This is a full time salaried position that reports to the Head Golf Professional. The successful candidate may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.
