- We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant/Associate Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
- Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the merchandising of the golf shop to ensure an appealing and organized presentation of products.
- Coordinate and oversee league play and events.
- Develop and facilitate our junior golf programs to engage young golfers.
- Assist in running our lesson programs, ensuring all customers receive high-quality instruction. ($6, 000-$10,000 in teaching revenue easily attainable.)
- Drive corporate sales and promotions to enhance the golf shop's revenue.
- Organize and execute demo days to showcase the latest golf equipment.
- Utilize POS and reservation systems to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
- Complete WHIMIS training to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Qualifications

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to deliver a high level of customer service and engage with all customers.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably within the golf industry, is an asset.
- A passion for golf and a commitment to making every customer feel like a valued member.
- Compensation
- Salary range of $3,200 - $3,600/monthly, negotiable based on experience
