Blue Devil Golf Club is looking for an applicant with passion, desire and commitment to help us grow our business. We are looking for a candidate who can help take our Staff Culture to another level!

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be working alongside the Head Professional on daily operations including:

• Day to Day operations in the Proshop- booking tee times, checking golfers in & answering phones

• Creating weekly schedules

• Help in the Merchandising of the Proshop

• Work closely with Tournament Preparation, Execution and Organization

• Operate 2 Weekly Men’s Leagues for 120 players

• Teaching Lessons/ Clinics throughout the season

• Member Relations with our 300+ Members

• Performing monthly inventory

Winter Responsibilities

• Setting up the Simulator Room at the beginning on the season

• Help manage our Winter Simulator League for 100+ players

• Serving and working in the Sim Room

• Working a 4 day work week during the winter to offset the hours worked in the summer

• Help to deliver elevated service while being an important part of growing the simulator business

Qualifications

•Class A designation is an asset but not required, with 1-3 years’ experience working in the Proshop

• Positive attitude/ Polite and a Team Player

Compensation

• $5000 to $5400 per month based on experience (12-month position)

▪ Lesson revenue, potential to make $5000+$10000 per season based on what that position has done in the past.
