- Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will assist the Head Golf Professional in all aspects of the golf operation and has a strong desire to learn and grow as a professional. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction of all members and guests. This includes, but is not limited to; checking in golfers, handling cash, maintaining control of the tee sheet, organizing tournaments and leagues, assisting in the junior program, assist in golf operations, and developing good relationships with members.
- Responsibilities

- Responsible for daily pro shop tasks including opening and closing procedures
- Management of daily POS functions, including selling and merchandising of pro shop goods
- Able to provide excellent product knowledge
- Assist with the processing and tracking of inventory
- Team scheduling
- Coordinate and assist in all member events, leagues, and corporate events
- Assist with and execute the junior program/camps
- Minor club repair and re-gripping
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as a desire to deliver quality service
- Golf with members on a weekly basis
- Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills – Familiarity with JONAS Software and Golf Genius is an asset
- A keen desire to grow as a golf professional
- A desire to teach and improve instructional skills
- Must be a dedicated team player
- PGA of Canada Apprentice Professional, Class A Professional, or intent to obtain status during the season
- Compensation

- $825.00 - $1000.00 weekly (negotiated based on experience)
- 5 Day work week
