Wildstone Golf Course seeks the assistance of an Assistant Professional / Apprentice Professional for the 2024 season and beyond. We are looking for an enthusiastic, team oriented individual to help deliver a great golf experience to our Members and Guests on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should possess a passion and dedication for the game and the golf business.
Our staff are professional, honest, have a high level of integrity and a willingness to learn in a fun atmosphere.
- Responsibilities

- Ensuring all Members and Guests are checked in accurately and accounted for
- Assisting in tidy presentation of the golf shop
- Merchandising and selling golf products
- Opening and Closing the golf shop effectively and on time with effective cash procedures
- Attending to Member and Guest needs and concerns as necessary
- Accurately booking tee times in person and by phone
- Assisting with groups and tournaments to ensure guests expectations are exceeded
- Coordinating and assisting with Junior Golf Programs and growth of the game of golf
- Assisting with the Golf League, Skins Nights, Ladies Nights, and special events
- Assisting Guest Services with cart presentation
- Assisting staff in other departments as necessary
- Solid understanding of the Golf Club Environment
- Problem solving a decision making skills
- Supervision of Pro shop and Guest Service staff members
- Qualifications

- Member in good standing with the PGA Of Canada
- Strong communication skills
- Computer and POS skills
- Desire to exceed customer expectations
- Positive, team-oriented individual
- Tournament and event experience
- Instructional experience an asset
- Compensation
-
- Bi-weekly salary $1800-$2000 Depending on experience
- Employment from the start of April till end of October
- 85% of Lesson Revenue
