- Job Summary
- Reporting to the Head Golf Professional, our Assistant Golf Professional will play an integral role in providing our members and their guests with an exceptional golfing and customer experience. The Assistant Golf Professional will work with the Professional Golf Team in the daily operations of the Pro Shop by booking tee-time reservations, with merchandising, member services and help the professional team plan member events. National Pines operates as a collaborative team environment, where every team member contributes to delivering first class golfing experiences. We support the personal and professional development of all our team members.
- Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Providing an exceptional golf experience to members and their guests
- Assist the Professional Golf Team with day-to-day operations, including tee-time reservations, merchandising, and member services
- Assist Implement and execute club and outside events
- Assist in supervising Golf Services team members
- Assisting with inventory management and purchasing
- Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- PGA of Canada Member in good standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of commitment and desire to grow as a Golf Professional
- Experience within a Private Golf Club setting
- Familiarity with Golf Genius Tournament and Jonas Software
- Compensation

- Salary: $850 - $950 weekly, based on credentials and experience
- Year-End Bonus: TBD
- Lesson Revenue: Retain 90% of revenue
