- Job Summary
- The Assistant Golf Professional helps manage daily golf operations, including tee sheet management and pro shop activities. They provide customer service, organize events, offer golf lessons, promote retail sales, and assist with inventory. Additionally, they supervise seasonal staff, support recruitment, and ensure adherence to club policies and standards
- Responsibilities

- Assist in daily golf operations, including tee sheet management and pro shop activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to Members and Guests.
- Organize and support member tournaments, leagues, and special events.
- Deliver individual and group golf lessons to players of all skill levels.
- Promote retail sales and assist in merchandising / inventory management within the Pro Shop.
- Supervise and mentor seasonal staff and assist in recruitment.
- Ensure adherence to club policies and maintain the high standards of the facility.
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada member in good standing
- Strong interpersonal, Organizational, and communication skills with the ability to think outside the box.
- A passion for the game of golf and fostering an inclusive environment.
- Proficient in golf management software and point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of Club Prophet, Golf Genius, and Gallus Golf considered an asset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a Professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated skill and proficiency in teaching and playing ability
- Compensation
- Starting salary range of $800-$1000 per week
