Job Summary

Coloniale Golf Club, is actively seeking the services of an Assistant Professional for the 2023 season.

Responsibilities

• Opening/Closing of Pro Shop, including cash out procedures Supervision of Outside service staff, Cart operations, Club Storage and Driving Range

• Coordination and implementation of League and Member Events

• Junior Camps coordination and lesson programs

• Lessons to members and guests of the club

• Assistance in set up and handling of corporate events

• Assistance with and execution of Inventory Control, Merchandising, Marketing and Promotion

• Daily interaction with members and green fee players up to Coloniale’s customer service standards

• Assistance with and execution of the club’s tee sheet management policies

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills Required

• Customer Service skills

• Previous working experience in the Golf Industry an asset

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Tee-On POS, inventory & booking system

• Mature, self motivated, willingness to accept responsibility and accountability while working in a team environment

• Communication, organizational and problem solving skills

• Punctuality and dedication

Compensation

$3000 - $3500
