- Job Summary
- The role involves offering lessons and performance packages to new and existing clients, as well as fitting and selling golf clubs. The candidate will independently manage clients and ensure excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communication. Responsibilities also include assisting with opening and closing procedures, maintaining the cleanliness of the retail shop, resolving customer service issues, and escalating them to upper management when necessary. Additionally, the candidate will perform other duties as assigned.
