- Our Pro Shop Staff is looking for an individual to join our team who is highly motivated, personable, energetic, and looking to gain valuable experience in all aspects of the golf industry.
- Responsibilities

- Assist with running the LCC Junior Program
- Delivering quality private golf instruction
- Maintaining a positive working relationship within a team atmosphere
- Assist with merchandising of inventory and general upkeep of the Pro Shop area
- Retail sales of Pro Shop merchandise
- Responsible for opening and closing the Pro Shop
- Monitoring the pace of play in cooperation with the outside services team
- Managing the back shop team while on shift
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and leadership skills
- All other duties as assigned.

- Self-motivated, willing to accept responsibility and accountability while working in a high paced environment
- Providing exceptional customer service
- To always conduct yourself in a professional, businesslike manner
- A professional who recognizes the importance of Pro Shop/ Club Policies and Procedures.
- Ability to teach private, group and junior lessons
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for the golf business as a whole and the willingness to grow as a Professional
- Compensation
- $3400 to $3800 per month based on experience
