Job Summary

The Devil’s Pulpit Golf Association is seeking an experienced, energetic, organized and goal driven individual to help lead our team. This candidate will work closely with senior members of our golf professional staff to plan, organize, and execute the operations of the Golf Department.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, consistently conveying a positive attitude, passion, and pride in your work
• Approach all encounters with members, guests, and fellow employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner
• Club Events (Golf Genius Software)
• Club fitting and repair
• Golf Instruction (Private lessons, Clinics)
• Daily upkeep and merchandising the Golf Shops
• Tee time reservations
• Use of Jonas P.O.S. systems

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a leader within the industry
• Must be a Class A PGA of Canada Member in good standing
• Ability to provide the finest in customer service
• Quality interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, work under pressure with minimal supervision

Compensation

• Salary commensurate with experience
• 100% of lesson revenue
