The Right Fit Program
Originally running as a pilot program, the Right Fit has matured to an Employment Service, where the objective is to assist our members and employers with helpful, accurate information and resources in support of mutually beneficial and sustainable employment relationships.
For our Members, the employment team serves as Career & Talent Advisors, with an opportunity to leverage the team as a one stop ‘career hub’. The key mandates being to support individual career development/pathways, and act as a professional development resource for currently held roles. This focus supports ongoing member employment duties and future growth.
For Employers, it’s an opportunity to better understand how PGA members contribute to their bottom line, as well as key takeaways to help strengthen Talent Acquisition and Retention Initiatives.
