The Right Fit Program
The Employment Department continues to support members through the engagement and activity of the Right Fit Program! The program focuses on engaging with clubs/facilities throughout Canada, understanding their unique dynamics, communicating the value of our members, and providing Talent Acquisition and Retention strategy support.
The objective of the program is to assist employers and employees with helpful, accurate information and resources that can lead to mutual and sustainable employment relationships. As a result of this engagement with member and non-member clubs & facilities, we expect a better understanding of how PGA members contribute to the bottom line, as well as key takeaways to help strengthen Talent Acquisition and Retention Initiatives.
Our dedicated Career & Talent Advisors work with clubs/facilities to offer this program as a complimentary service. An opportunity to learn and conduct a needs analysis to determine any gaps or areas for improvement within Talent Acquisition and Retention. Based on the results of this exercise, Advisors work with clubs/facilities, develop recommendations and assist with putting the plan into action.

By the end of the program, our goal is to have engaged in meaningful and impactful interactions with clubs/facilities throughout Canada that will allow for better and long-standing careers for PGA of Canada members, as well as improve Talent Acquisition and Retention for clubs/facilities.
