The Right Fit Program

The Employment Department is excited to announce the official launch of the Right Fit Program! The program will be focused on supporting clubs/facilities throughout Canada, by providing Talent Acquisition and Retention support. The program will run for 26 weeks, starting at the end of June of 2024. 

The objective of the program is to assist employers and employees with helpful, accurate information and resources that can lead to a mutual and sustainable employment relationship. As a result of our engagement, we expect clubs/facilities to better understand the value of PGA members and how they contribute to the bottom line. 

Our dedicated Career & Talent Advisors will engage with clubs/facilities to offer this program as a complimentary service. The Advisors will conduct a needs analysis to determine any gaps or areas for improvement within Talent Acquisition and Retention. Based on the results from the needs analysis, the Advisors will work with clubs/facilities to develop recommendations and assist with putting the plan into action.

By the end of the program, our goal is to have engaged in meaningful and impactful interactions with clubs/facilities throughout Canada that will allow for better and long-standing careers for PGA of Canada members, as well as improve Talent Acquisition and Retention for clubs/facilities.
