Fabienne Blizzard

High energy and results-driven professional with 20+ years experience of IT Service Management and Operations. For the past few years, she has been responsible for Service Desk Operations; Client transition & Transformation and Client Service Management and KPI deployment. In her day-to-day, she has had the opportunity to work with the most determined, smart and diverse individuals located around the globe. She has also had the opportunity to travel to Europe, North America and Asia Pacific to work on amazing and challenging IT projects.

Graduated from University of Ottawa with Political Science and Information Management System degree and was a standout on the Basketball court. She was awarded Rookie of the Year, MVP, Best Defensive Player, OUA All-Star and Athlete of the Year for the Ottawa University Basketball team. Fabienne has coached at every level in Basketball (Club, University, College, Regional, Provincial and National). She has also had the opportunity to be a CEBL Broadcast Analyst and to assist and coach with Basketball Without Boarders, Senegal SEED Forum and NBA Academy guest coach in the last 3-4 years.
