Dominic Scaffidi

Dominic Scaffidi is an executive coach who works with senior leaders and teams in a variety of leading edge, global organizations across a wide range of industries and sectors.

He is credentialed as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation. He’s been awarded four ICF Prism awards for training and coaching hundreds of leaders and managers to “Be a Great Coach rather than a good boss.”

Dominic’s life purpose is to “Awaken Greatness.” As a coach, he points his clients toward a deeper realization of who they really are as human beings; their true nature; and the nature of reality. Clients learn to access their own innate wisdom which guides them uniquely toward their professional and personal goals.
