PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AWARD GUIDELINES
- Demonstration of outstanding qualities of leadership
- Maintain a substantial record of service to the Association and the game of golf
- Well-regarded as a role model in professional development and continuous education for fellow
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AWARD CRITERIA
- Contributions to National PGA of Canada education programs
- Contributions to Zone education programs and seminars
- Contributions and development of programs related to and benefiting education
- Contributions to building the image of both the PGA of Canada Golf Professional and the Association
Selection Process
- The nomination should be based on a candidate's entire past experience and commitment to continuing one's contributions and assistance
- Achievements during the past year should be emphasized
- National Awards Committee will select a recipient based on the criteria
Eligible Categories
- Must have won this award in your Zone for the current year to be eligible to win this National award
- All Class “A” Members and Apprentice Professionals in good standing excluding the following: Class “A” Life Professional and Class “A” Retired Professional.
